Ruby, Marketing Director
Ruby's journey as an entrepreneur and new mom inspired her to create a community for women who understand the unique challenges of balancing both roles. She founded Las Mamacitas after realizing there were no groups specifically tailored to Latina mothers with businesses.
With a foundation in marketing and special events, Ruby has worked extensively with grassroots nonprofits supporting under-served communities. Holding degrees in Communication and Sociology with an emphasis on Media, she is passionate about creating content, curating events, and empowering women—particularly within her community. Both her career and her passion are dedicated to uplifting and inspiring women.
Janet, Creative Director
Janet’s passions include event coordinating and interior design . She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and her professional experience as a jewelry designer with over 10 years of experience. Janet adds her unique, fresh and stylish touches to every one of our events. She makes sure that every shot is Instagram ready!
