Originally from East Los Angeles, Ruby launched Las Mamacitas in 2015 to create spaces by and for Latina women—especially mothers and entrepreneurs navigating business, culture, and identity. Seven years ago, she brought the community to San Diego, where she curates events, workshops, and collaborations that honor the brand’s L.A. roots while supporting its growth. With 20+ years in marketing, social media, and event curation, Ruby empowers women to connect, feel seen, and celebrate their stories.
