Originally in East Los Angeles, Ruby launched Las Mamacitas in 2015 to create spaces for Latina women—especially mothers and entrepreneurs navigating business, culture, and identity. With 20+ years in marketing, social media, and event curation, Ruby empowers women to connect, feel seen, and celebrate their stories.

Janet is multi-passionate creative and someone who deeply believes in building spaces where POC feel seen, supported and celebrated. Her work, no matter the role is deeply rooted in community. She is the Founder of a creative marketing agency and has over 15 years experience sharing resources, curating spaces and making businesses shine, especially those owned by women entrepreneurs.
