Loyola Press Kids Book Reading

The Mamacita community that we have created is composed of amazing women. We take pride in surrounding ourselves, our event guests and their families with great energy. We all seem to have one common goal in life and it’s to raise good kids. Last Saturday, we had the opportunity to spread the message of faith to the little ones with a fun book reading curated just for them.

Our special guest readers were amazing and captured the young audience’s attention beautifully. Erika Reyna, Univision TV and Radio personality read “El Papa Francisco Dice…” and then took turns with T-Lopez to showcase "Shhh… Dios está en el silencio" a bilingual book. Both books are great tools to introduce youth to faith and spirituality.

Our team is is meticulous about all the details that go into every event we host. We wanted the children to feel as if they were part of the book, so the decor consisted of a small touch of greenery, flowers and butterflies. The menu was a simple kids favorite: cookies and lemonade.

We would like to thank all the mommy influencers who joined us to help spread the word about these two awesome books. The Los Angeles Latina mom community was so excited to see all the social media posts about “El Papa Francisco Dice…” and Shhh…Dios Esta En El Silencio” as they are always asking for Spanish and Bilingual book recommendations.
